Dental
implants,
fixed, natural,
lasting.

We replace your missing tooth with a medical-grade titanium implant (Megagen or Inno) and a monolithic zirconia crown. It integrates into the bone, looks like a real tooth, and gives you back your bite, no compromises.

What is
a dental
implant?

When you lose a tooth, it's not just the visible part that's gone, so is the root that held it anchored in the bone. A dental implant replaces exactly that root: a biocompatible titanium screw we place in the bone, which the bone gradually accepts and grows around.

Once it has integrated, we add the abutment and the crown. The result is a standalone tooth that doesn't rely on the neighbouring teeth and looks completely natural.

  • Eat normally again

Placed correctly, the implant carries a solid crown and gives you back your bite on the side where the tooth was missing, from an apple to a steak.

  • Protect the bone in the area

Without a root, the bone where the tooth used to be starts to shrink. The implant puts it back to work and helps preserve it, though it doesn't maintain it 100% the way a natural root would.

  • Leave healthy teeth untouched

A traditional bridge means grinding down the neighbouring teeth. An implant stands on its own, so your healthy teeth stay intact, when the clinical situation allows it.

  • How long does an implant last?

It can last many years, but it's not "fit and forget". Its lifespan depends on the bone, gums, smoking, hygiene and regular check-ups, factors we go through together at your evaluation.

Three situations, three solutions:
single implant, bridge or All-on-4/6.

One tooth
Single dental implant for one missing tooth

Single implant

Lost a single tooth and have enough bone in the area? We place one implant where the root was and fit a zirconia crown on top, colour-matched to your other teeth. The neighbouring teeth stay untouched, no grinding them down like with a traditional bridge.

Components
One implant + abutment + zirconia crown
Stages
A few sessions, with a pause for healing
Suitable for
A single missing tooth, with enough bone
2–3 teeth
Implant-supported bridge for several missing teeth

Implant-supported bridge

Missing several teeth in a row? Instead of one implant per tooth, we fix a bridge onto a few well-positioned implants. How many and where they go depends on the bone, the space and how much the area is used for chewing.

Components
2 implants + 3 joined zirconia crowns
Stages
Several sessions, planned per case
Suitable for
2–3 missing teeth in a row
Full arch
Full-arch All-on-4 restoration on four implants

All-on-4 / All-on-6

When a whole arch is missing or the teeth can no longer be saved, we support a fixed restoration on 4 or 6 strategically placed implants. Where the case allows, we fit a fixed temporary restoration the same day, a stable alternative to a removable denture that shifts around.

Components
4–6 implants + fixed arch
Stages
Individual plan; same-day temporary only in eligible cases
Suitable for
A fully edentulous arch or unsalvageable teeth

Step by step

How treatment works: from the
first consultation to the final crown.

Every case is different, so the plan takes shape once we've examined you and seen exactly what we're working with. A straightforward implant takes less time than one needing a bone graft or a full-arch restoration, below is the complete journey, step by step.

01
Firststep01

The consultation and assessment

We examine you, go through your medical history and take the imaging suited to your case. By the end, you know clearly what your options are and which plan we recommend.

02
Planning02

Planning the implant and crown

We decide the implant's position starting from the bone and the shape of the final tooth, not the other way around. A surgical guide helps us place the implant precisely, exactly where it needs to be.

03
Theprocedure03

Placing the implant

The implant is placed under local anaesthetic, in a single session. How long it takes depends on how many implants we're placing and any associated procedures, we'll tell you what to expect in advance.

04
Healing04

Integration into the bone

Next comes the period when the bone grows around the implant and locks it in place. We monitor you clinically and with imaging, and if needed, we discuss a temporary solution for the visible area.

05
Afterintegration05

Preparing for the crown

Depending on the protocol, we uncover the implant and shape the surrounding gum, so the final restoration comes out natural and sits correctly.

06
Final06

The crown and final restoration

We check the fit, the contact points and your bite, then fix the planned restoration in place. From here, the tooth is yours, all that's left is hygiene and check-ups.

The implants and materials
we use

We work with the Megagen and Inno systems, plus several prosthetic options. What we choose for you depends on the anatomy of the area, the crown plan, component compatibility and your budget, not on a one-size-fits-all recipe.

  • Megagen implantA system we use frequently

An implant system we use frequently, with predictable results. We choose it based on the bone and the area being treated.

  • Inno implantThe second option on the clinic's list

The second implant option on our list, suited to a wide range of cases. We decide together which system fits you best.

  • Monolithic zirconia crownStrong, aesthetic prosthetic material

A strong, aesthetic prosthetic material, colour-matched to your other teeth. It holds up well over time and looks natural.

  • Digital prosthetic workflow, when indicatedScan or impression, chosen per case

Where suitable, we use an intraoral scan instead of a traditional impression, more comfortable for you and more precise for the restoration.

What affects the
final price?

  • 01

    The implant system chosen

Megagen or Inno, each system has its own price, and we choose based on the clinical assessment, not at random. We explain the difference before you decide.

  • 02

    The number of implants

One tooth, a three-unit bridge or a full arch, the cost naturally rises with the number of implants and the size of the work.

  • 03

    The condition of the jawbone

If there isn't enough bone in the area, a graft, a sinus lift or another approach may be needed. Which one, we determine after imaging.

  • 04

    The crown material

Monolithic zirconia, metal-ceramic or zirconia with ceramic, each has its own aesthetics and durability, at different prices.

  • 05

    How complex the case is

An implant in the front requires more aesthetic precision than one at the back. The extra time and attention show in the price.

  • 06

    Additional procedures

Gum treatments, extractions or professional cleaning, when needed, all appear in the written quote, with no costs cropping up along the way.

    Frequently asked questions

    • The implant is placed under local anaesthetic, so you feel no pain during the procedure, at most some pressure. Afterwards, mild discomfort can appear for a few days, manageable with the recommended medication. Most patients return to their normal activities the next day.

    • For a simple single implant, it usually takes 3-6 months from placement to the final crown, the time the bone needs to integrate the implant. It takes longer in the upper jaw or when a bone graft is needed. We give you the exact plan after your assessment.

    • A complete implant (implant + abutment + zirconia crown) starts from 3,600 RON with the Inno system and from 4,100 RON with Megagen. The consultation is free, and you receive the final cost in a written quote after your assessment.

    • Payment follows the clinical stages: you don't pay everything at once, but as we progress. We set out the schedule and the amounts for each stage at reception, transparently, before we begin.

    • Yes, in many cases. What matters is how much bone is left in the area, since it recedes over time after tooth loss. If there isn't enough bone, a bone graft can rebuild the support. We check exactly through imaging.

    • A well-cared-for implant can last many years, sometimes a lifetime. Its real lifespan depends on the health of the bone and gums, hygiene, smoking and regular check-ups. The crown on top may be replaced over time, even if the implant itself stays stable.

    • There's no age limit in itself, what counts is your health, not your ID card. Many older patients have implants successfully. We assess your general health, the bone and any treatments you're on before recommending the solution.

    • Peri-implantitis is an inflammation of the tissue around the implant, caused by bacteria, which can lead to loss of the supporting bone. It's prevented through rigorous hygiene, correct brushing and regular check-ups with professional cleaning. Caught early, it can be treated.

    • Immediate loading means fitting a fixed temporary restoration on the same day as the implant, without waiting the healing months. It's not suitable for everyone, it depends on the implant's stability and the quality of the bone. We decide at the assessment whether you're a suitable case.
